When I called hotels.com and quality ins help line they both assured me it was open. We arrived to hotel to find the windows bored up and chains on the door. ”

“We were very pleased with our overnight stay here. The hotel was new or newly renovated. Our room was very spacious as was the bathroom which is so nice. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great location off the highway with plenty of dining options nearby. Will stay again next time we’re on the area. ”

“The only issue that this facility has is parking, the property is backed up to a tall hill and the parking lot is a bit awkward and not made for large vehicles. The staff were very nice and professional, the room was clean orderly. I have no complaints. ”
