“Nice hotel, and comfortable room, and friendly staff. My only complaint is that the bathroom floor had not been cleaned. There were dirty footprints still there from the previous occupant.”

“Room nice size and I really liked having a kitchenette. The air conditioner/heater was disappointing. I couldn’t turn on the fan to move the air around. I had set to auto and temp but it seemed it didn’t respond accurately to temp in room. They only tidy room once a week. I had to exchange towels and dump the trash myself. They don’t have smart tvs so you can’t stream tv apps. The bed queen size and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful! They do have laundry machines available which is……

“Hallways did not smell very fresh the first day, but they cleaned carpets next day and it was markedly improved. Bed was very, very comfortable.”

“Pretty good experience overall. Friendly staff and good service. Buildings are a little worn but function fine. Make sure to read check-in instructions before leaving home because you likely won’t have cell service here. Internet works well once you’ve checked in.”

“This place is very clean and within walking distance to the Mountain Inn bar and a quick drive up the Bighorn Mountains. I was very impressed how clean everything was. The only thing that would have been nicer was if there was a tv for evenings in the winter in the bedroom but it is a perfect place to stay. ”

“Beautiful views! We had a great time with family for the holidays. It was just right. The kitchen was nicely supplied for our needs. Unfortunately the microwave did not seem to be working, but we got by just fine. I'm sure they will have that taken care of. Nice quiet neighborhood with lots of wildlife and the Big Horns made a lovely view! ”
