“We stayed here for 4 nights. The room was larger than we expected. There was an extra blanket which I used since I was next to the a/c. The person at the front desk provided quick information about places to eat (we arrived relatively late in the evening). Our only complaint was that elevator maintenance work was conducted 30 minutes before checkout and there was a crowd having to use the stairs, but this did not last long. We would stay here again if we came back to Lancaster.”

“Clean. Very quiet. Breakfast was good. Need a mat in the tub/shower — extremely slippery. Appreciated the night light in the bathroom!! (No one wants to turn on a bright blinding light at 3am to go to the bathroom!!). Victoria at the front desk was very friendly, capable, efficient. Room rate was reasonable. ”
