“Too many texts and reminder emails! I started the online check-in but too many questions and too much personal info requested. In person was so much simpler! I tried the text to get help w the TV not working. No response. Informed the front desk on our way out with a 5-hour time budget. Didn’t get done. The front desk person came to the room with me when we returned and it was a quick fix. So the text/email thing ended up being useless. And, as a usual after a booking, got a flurry of spam……

“Very convenient location, not fancy but the price was very fair, amazing pillows, fridge, freezer, microwave (tv, too, but we don't care about that). Great water pressure, small but nice bathroom. The pull-out couch showed signs of wear but the room was clean, and given that this is a beach town, it was clever to not have carpets. We were given a room with direct access to green space for our dog, which shows excellent attention to customer needs. My one and only 'complaint' is that the lead……
