“We generally don't stay at Ginger and not used to such hospitality standard. Due to less than 20hrs stay in the city and other strategic benefits due to the location, we booked this property. While check-in, the reception guy was extremely rude and inefficient. Absolutely unfit for any hospitality job. Somehow we finished the check-in but bitterness still persists.”

“This was a solo 4 night stay whilst touring. For the price, I didn't expect too much and as it turned out it was a satisfactory standard of accommodation for what I paid. Bed was nice and comfortable, good ceiling fan but no AC. Overall the room was generally clean, however if you opened a drawer, it had definately not been cleaned for a while. Bathroom was acceptable clean. I found out after the 1st night that you have to ask reception to put the electric Geyer on for hot water. If you're……

“Convenient location among posh residential neighborhoods which helps for people attending family functions. Room was very clean and user friendly with prompt service. ”

“The morning breakfast was excellent with many items served. I would like to compliment the chef for his expertise in food selection and taste. The reservation included many amenities that were not provided initially. When I complained about them at the front desk, I was told they have to be requested which was not clear to us. Once we were transferred into a better room after complaining, everything worked out very well. We will stay there again but will request things at check in or right……

“When we first checked in the room (a queen room) even though booked for 2 adults was only catering for a single person- one towel, one tea bag, one toothbrush, one pair of slippers etc. This was corrected when it was pointed out to them but even at 9:00 pm I had housekeepers coming and knocking on the door wanting to come into the room in the pretence of bringing another bath towel even though this had been done before 4 pm. On checking out I was told I needed to pay for my room service order……
