“Our visit started with Christy at the front desk. We had arrived prior to check-in time. She found a room for us and quickly had us on our way to our beautiful room. The rooms are spacious, luxurious, quiet and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious; service was warm and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. ”

“The property was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Overall our stay was great. My only complaint would be the inconvenience about morning coffee. There is no coffee pot in the rooms and no coffee in the lobby. You have to walk to another building to a bakery to purchase coffee and they don’t open until 7:00. My husband is an early riser and likes his coffee ”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……

“We enjoyed our stay at the Morgan house. The main home is more Victorian, but the annex room was very comfortable. The staff was willing to work with us on a late arrival, with no problems. The gated parking was helpful. The area was very walkable, with many shops and restaurants to choose from.”
