“The staff was wonderful! Extremely friendly. The pool is awesome and the pool lounge area is amazingly comfortable! We stayed an extra day we loved it so much! “Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation.
