“It was very relaxing once we finally got settled in. I booked the first night and the website said. What you see is what you pay? First thing I was told was I had to pay a 50.00 deposit, and the way it was said to me was like a criminal on their way to jail. Made me feel like I was paying for a crime I had committed...we didn't see a single housekeeper in the first 5 days we were there. Well at least I got some much needed rest..the pool would've been nice. Covered up with a tarp which has nasty……

“I stay here quite often, usually a high rating, but seems much has slipped a notch or 2. One of the elevators was not working, checkin took more time than usual, overall condition and feel was not 5 star as always before, and in my reservation I specifically requested a room away from elevators and ice machine, but assigned room was right by elevator and ice machine. Will stay here again, but a bit disappointed. ”

“Overall, a good place to stay. We came for a concert at the Civic Center, and it was a short walk. The downtown was clean and felt very safe, we had no concern walking back to the hotel at midnight. My only complaint was the lack of complementary coffee, which now seems a given at most hotels. Instead, Courtyard wants you to pay at their Starbucks which I won't do.”
