“I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating, which made the experience even better. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and welcoming. I really appreciated how responsive the team was to any requests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and well-run place to stay. ”

“I am booking a room ‘King Suit Paranomic View’, but the ‘Paranomic view’ is a car park!! The bathroom has smell. Many things in the room are covered by dust! There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust! I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me. I almost miss my train.……

“Perfect location! Building and interiors are a little dated but we chose it for this reason, a modern room did not seem to fit the vibe of the trip. Bed was comfortable. The rooftop breakfast was nice. You dont have to go far for anything you need. Staff was helpful, little to no English but i won't complain about another country not knowing my language. We chose a suite for the balcony and river view. I just wish it would have said somewhere that the balcony was standing room only, so small. If……

“Otele gece geldik. Oda çok tozluydu. Lavaboda lekeler, kirler vardı. Resepsiyonu arayıp temizlik talep ettik. Sabah temizlik ekibi gelir diyerek sabaha ertelediler. Çift kişilik yatak olarak karyolaya iki ayrı yatak koymuşlar. Rahat değildi. Yorganın pamuk yorgandı ve alışık olmadığımız için rahat edemedik. Açık büfe kahvaltı olarak belirtilen kahvaltının sıcakları sadece melemen, sosisli yumurta ve patates kızartması idi. Unlu mamülleri olarak da peynirli börek ve kek vardı yalnızca. Tarihi taş……

“Konaklama için satın almış olduğumuz resimlerdeki odada kalamadık. 1 çift kişilik 2 tek kişilik yatak olarak aldık, ancak 2 adet çift kişilik yatak şeklinde 1 adet oda verilmiştir. Özel jakuzi banyo olarak satın aldık, ancak düz duş banyo olarak kullanabildik. Resepsiyon çalışanı bize tam köşede vadiyi gören Murşili adındaki odayı vermiştir. Odanın manzarası ve tesis içindeki konumu çok ama çok güzeldi. Temizlik olarak çok güzel, ancak bir yatağın yayları tamamen deforme olmuş ve oldukça……

“Fiyat performans oteli.Kahvaltisi çok güzeldi pisi,patates kızartması,yumurta,kek ve sicak kurabiye ve çeşitli reçeller her şey vardı ancak otelin giriş kısmı özensiz restoranı yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var Serpil hanım çok candan ve ilgili bir işletmeci.Odamizdaki saunanin sıcaklığı yetersizdi girdik ama konforlu değildi dört kişi Ihlara odasında kaldık bizim için keyifli bir tatildi tavsiye ederim.100 yillik bir otel.”
