“The staff was friendly, welcoming and prompt to our requests. Only issues, we had a broken chair in the room where when we sat down on it, unfortunately we fell which was not good. They did replaced it quickly when we addressed it. Lastly, the bathroom design is small for the shower section, it was hard to enter and exit. ”

“This is a very prestigious hotel in Lebanon. My room had spectacular views of Beirut and the water and I watched the sunset from my room every night. The hotel is iconic, the staff and service were impeccable. The Spa and Gym are newly built and very convenient.”
