I explained that I self parked and was told there is nothing you can do about it that’s the fee. I said I am not paying it and got her to get the manager. The manager came out and immediately removed the charge. While removing the charge the person that told me she couldn’t do anything was arguing with the manager. In the end the manager removed the charge and I saved $5 by……

“A bit too industrial feel to it. Staff and service were excellent. Room was kept very clean by housekeeping.”

“Rooms could use more or brighter lighting. When trying to get ready in the room the lighting was too dim. You only got the best lighting in the bathroom. When I’m checking out my outfit in the full body mirror I NEED THE LIGHT!!!!!”

“Unfortunately, I was not able to take advantage of too many of the amenities. I booked this hotel because it was closet to my daily destination and is offered a full size refrigerator. The staff was friendly and I would stay here again if I was in the area.”
