“转机呆了几个小时，退房的前台人拿个信封给我，问我要给多少钱小费，这个也太直接了吧，我要求他们不要叫醒服务，他们就还是一样叫醒我，这个时间并不是我同意的时间，对我来说系统打扰，还想要小费。”

“We stayed for 1 night when we were passing through to Ngorongoro. The staff were lively, special mention to Emmanuel and Flora. Breakfast was lovely omelettes made. Just a bit rough around the edges and as 2 women travelling alone, we didn’t feel comfortable walking out on our own. Others were doing it though. ”

True professionalism. They treated me like royalty for the entire time. The facilities are excellent, rooms exceptionally clean and very good size. There are Great outdoor & pool(s) areas. The bar - It’s a virtual bar. As the staff will give you a list where ever you are. Food times are when you need and very good……
