“The young lady (was on shift from 7am to 3pm, can't remember her name) who helped me at check in was very professional. She made sure our check in went smooth. The hotel interior can use se upgrading. It looks outdated and the hallway smells musty. The rooms were nice though.”

“Very comfortable room, and a very nice property. The breakfast buffet had many options, including making breakfast biscuits. Strawberry kiwi water was a special treat. The only thing I would have liked would be conditioner added in the shower; my hair didn't appreciate going without. ”

“This place was a private haven in the middle of Memphis! The entire property has a privacy fence with gate which definitely makes you feel safe and secure! We absolutely LOVED the Viking kitchen stove since we cook quite often, and the large shower was wonderful and luxurious! The beds were quite comfortable, and the customer assistance from Julia was great! She was available for helping answer questions, help us get into the property gate, etc. she was very kind and prompt with her replies……
