“Generally ok, staff were hospitable and helpful. But, the manager Mrs Rinie was unfriendly as she was harassing my sister who stayed in another room about the extended hour that we requested and threatening her. Totally unacceptable hospitality to hold such a position! The 2 Deluxe Double rooms that I booked didn’t have any windows. The Aircon didn’t work so it was fixed in situ when I was in the room. I came in from a long haul flight thus was exhausted in having to wait for the……

“The hotel is nearly perfect! If there is a welcome drink, it will be more wonderful! The staffs are very friendly. The food street and the shopping malls are within 10 minutes walk! I must suggest my friends for this hotel! (But if you expect any extra, like gym room etc, sorry, no…)”

“For a budget travel, this is a good option. Location near around the old town area, easy to go by foot. Hotel looks new and keep in good condition, however the overall design is quite strange, such as reception at 20/F, Clothes closet indide the toilet, Soap dispenser placed next to electrical socket. Hotel staff is normal, good but not outstanding. Breakfast is ok, taste not match to me. Overall, its worth to stay with the price. ”

“Overall it's good. Only one trivial thing might cause me inconvenient. The hotel room system or somewhat does not align. I have requested to change a room due to A/C is blowing to my bed while laying on the bed. After I changed the room, I got two phone call asked me to change the room as well as provide the current room number. The second call was happening while I was taking an afternoon nap. ”
