“櫃台只有早上11點到晚上7點才有服務人員，訂了有早餐的房型，早上到餐廳完全沒人。退房時，還要等到服務人員來上班才找得到人，尋問了櫃台人員，我訂房是有預定早餐的，為什麼餐廳沒早餐？服務人員很不耐煩的回答說，我們是沒早餐的，如果有問題請你自己問Hotels.com 。快三千台幣一晚的價格，這樣的房間和服務完全不值得”

“The front desk staff allow me to check-in on 3.45 pm while I already inform them that I will check in at 1 pm if it's possible. Need to wait for quite sometimes for them to prepare the room. Despite the staff allow me to check in quite late (almost 4pm), the staff keep on highlighting that we must check out at 12 pm. I quite disappointed with this. I found a bed bug during my stay there. Other amenities provided are good, iron is provided as per request. ”

“just a few equipment in the room. the water cups were very dirty that i wonder if they have ever cleaned it or not. originally i have high expectation to this villa but i was disappointed.”

“酒店不錯，係廁所近走廊位有水會太滑，妹妹幫小孩洗澡後，一走出來就滑倒了 😨。枕頭有邋遢。第二日食早餐，得我們一家人，去到餐廳搵唔到人，見到員工了，佢超級懶，完全唔睇唔問，之後我們問佢攞Baby chair，佢攞一張超級邋遢的俾我們，有塵有食物唔抹乾淨就走了 😡。”

“Surprisingly, not bad at all. Although the hotel is basic, I must say it is clean and comfortable. However, there are a few areas that could be improved: 1. Shower/water pressure (we were on level 4). 2. TV channels – the picture quality was very poor, and none of the channels were enjoyable to watch. 3. More seating – adding more chairs or at least a couch in the family room would be great. 4. Provide slippers since the room is carpeted. Overall, our stay was okay. We might consider coming……

“cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious.”

“價格很實惠！酒店WIFI每次自動斷線都要重新LOGIN，麻煩！沒有提供淋浴用品，而自備。酒店有室內CARPARK，自駕入住首選，酒店下面有幾家夜店，氣氛挺好！再過去有一小夜市，馬路對面有7-11，OLD TOWN COFFEE等等。進太平約5分鐘車程。”
