“The palace was clean and well keep over all, but it seemed to have issues with the heat. All the employees that work were warning winter coats in entrance area and in the morning that restrooms were out of service because there was standing water and a smell in the entrance.”

“Staff is friendly- breakfast was good. Older units but descent. ”

“Overall a decent place to stay. There were no signs stating the name of the hotel. Front desk said they were changing names. Had to go their sister property next door for coffee and breakfast. At 30 degrees no thanks. Pool wasn't working and hotel is definitely in need of some upgrades. If you are looking for a good price, definitely not a bad place to stay. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.”

“All in all, it was good. Jacuzzi jets worked only twice, but they seem to be working on that. Indoor pool was frigid. No bueno! Breakfast was surprisingly good. Our neighbor was noisy the entire time. Ugh. Value was very good. Close to the Highway. Over all, we were happy. We'd stay again.”

“Everything in the room was clean. The corners on the floor in the bathroom less so. The room itself was just very dated. It used to be a candlewood suites, and you can tell.”
