“地理位置方便，5分鐘左右就步行到Bern Bahnhof，我們預訂時包了早餐，不用擔心吃的問題，附近有很多餐廳。酒店旁就有超市，很容易就買到生活用品和食物。 酒店亦會提供巴士票，可以免費乘坐市內巴士，到不同地區。 酒店清潔很好，而且有空調，夏天去都不用擔心，是一間很舒適的酒店。 但酒店沒有提供水煲和冰箱，如果能有提供就更好。”

“飯店風格走工業風,走廊不大.房間內部簡單,可以完整打開行李箱.洗臉檯及淋浴間排水孔堵塞有點嚴重.樓下COOP超市沒有營業.”

“員工非常友善且樂於協助。但是，夏季期間房間內無空調且窗戶只能開啟一小縫，極度悶熱”

“櫃檯全日冇人接待，要去隔離餐廳搵接待員，非常不方便。房間沒有冷氣夏天去十分熱，最慘是入住當晚突然間電力供應故障，落樓下櫃檯沒人，打電話又沒有人接聽，跟住要發電郵找酒店人員，隔了10分鐘才有人打電話來詢問情況。在三十多度天氣下沒有燈沒有風扇情況下等了20多分鐘才有人來修理。弄了十幾分鐘後才有電力恢復供應，以後不會再入住這間酒店，因他的電力設施有問題。”

“房間裡簡易廚房配備齊全，樓上也有開放式廚房，一切都非常美好。靠近電車站，班次密集，到附近城市景點遊湖，當天來回很方便，有機會還會優先選擇這個住宿地點。”

“The hotel itself was excellent. It gave us amazing scenary from the hotel, within walking distance to the lake. The only but big problem was when checking in. I arrived shortly after 6pm, and the reception, entrance door was closed. The note at the door sent they have sent a password to me by email, to unlock the entrance door. However, I have not received it and needed to call the number indicated in the note to get a guidance on how to unlock. It was stressful and as I am from outside EU,……

“Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum, maar is goed bereikbaar met het OV. Ik had een kamer aan de straatkant en dat was tegen mijn verwachting in rustig. De kamer was netjes en erg ruim, dat vond ik heerlijk! Het ontbijt was prima en de medewerkers waren erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Kortom, een fijn hotel in een rustige omgeving. ”
