“It snowed a couple of days before our stay began. When we arrived, the snow, which had turned to ice, had not been cleared from the stairway to our second story apartment. It was extremely dangerous to carry our suitcases up the stairs. Vacasa did cleared the ice a few hours after our complaint. It should have been done prior to our check in.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, clean, nicely furnished and updated oceanfront unit. Well located and well equipped for all our needs.”

“Overall the property is in a nice location, nice updates to the home and newer furniture, plenty of space for our family of four. The property does have a big ant problem which was fairly annoying. We did our best to keep them at bay, but even with morning and evening sweeping and Lysol wiping, the ants were everywhere. Also, upon our arrival, they obviously had forgotten to clean as in one of the bathrooms as the toilet was filthy, there were used towels under the sink, and old bedding piled in……

“Place was very cute but the cleanliness was very disappointing. Cobwebs everywhere . Had to wash my feet before bed cause the were filthy because the floors were dirty . Grandsons bed was full of long blonde hair . When my husband pulled down the comforter of our bed their was food crumbs and hair everywhere and a half dollar size redish brown spot . So gross . Would not stay there again . Which is to day because it was a cute place. ”
