“The location is excellent. A short walk to the beach and to a local kid friendly restaurant. The beach is beautiful. Easy access to shopping outlets. House is spacious and easily accommodated 11guests ranging in ages from infant to seniors. ”

“Overall the house and neighborhood were nice. The cleaning is lacking. There was visible mold, spider webs and dust in multiple places inside…we’re not particularly fussy about things but it was significant. The pullout bed had debris in it. We had spiders in the beds and ants in the kitchen and on the porch. On a positive note, the proximity to the trolley was great and the house would otherwise suit our needs for our family including a bunch of kids to get together. ”

“The condo is well outfitted and a short walk to Bethany Beach and shops. A very nice open floor plan with plenty of room to move about. The garage is nice if you have a lot of beach items to take back and forth. We all had our Jeeps, so the garage was perfect for storing the doors and panels while we drove around opened up. The outdoor space is not huge but when you're hanging out at the beach there really isn't a need.”
