“This adorable place has the 4 C’s-it’s cute, cozy, comfortable and clean!! We’ve been vacationing in Bethany Beach for over 10 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Our good friends told us about this place as they have stayed here for the past 5 summers and luckily there was an opening at the end of August! House has everything you need and many extras. So nice not to have to bring beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, beach towels, a pack & play, board games, paper……

“Our family stayed in the house for a short New Years trip. The location is perfect—short walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The house itself is gorgeous—beautifully done and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well-stocked. The owners were friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Overall, we were happy with this property and would stay here again. It was spacious and the view was great. A couple items we were not fond of: there are rugs everywhere. I know it’s to save the carpet from wear, but my kids and I were all tripping over them. The ones at the top of the steps were particularly precarious and dangerous for tripping. The baby gate at the top of the steps is nice… except it didn’t latch or screw in place so it was easy for my 15 month old to swing on the hinge and……

“We all thought the house was very nice. It could have been cleaner. The bathrooms need an upgrade. Security bars need to put in place and your toilets need to improved. They are not made for older adults or handicapped adults. The tobs could use some mats or resurfaced so they are not slippery. ”

“House is located in a great area - I loved that we could walk to the beach! I understand this was dog friendly, but the couch felt too dirty to sit on without covering. We went to Walmart to buy some sheets to put on top before getting comfy. The beds felt clean though. Everything else was fine, nothing extraordinary.”
