“This is an excellent addition to Fredericksburg. The hotel took years to complete and it shows in the quality. The staff is very well trained. The prices are a bit excessive in the restaurant but there are lots of other dining options in town. There is an odd $25 amenities fee that is charged with each stay, I guess to use the pool or the exercise room, which we didn't use but...anyway that seems a bit unusual. Overall I would say this is a very nice place to stay”

“Excellent choice for a stay in the Wimberley area, including San Marcos, only 15 minutes away! We loved the hotel! It was clean, modern, spacious, and the views from the rooms were AMAZING! Check-in was easy and breakfast bites were included. We were offered free yoga classes and mixology classes, but we were there for a Texas State University graduation and therefore didn’t have time to enjoy them. The pool was lovely although we didn’t have time to swim either! We will definitely be back, and……

“The hotel was clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful with a comfortable bed. Shower and copper bathtub were phenomenal. Breakfast was some of the best I have had, and my wife and I have travel a lot. Looking forward to booking our next stay at Hotel Giles.”

“This our first time stopping and staying in a cottage in Fredericksburg. The cottage was very spacious and had everything we needed. The area is gated and very secure. We saw people at the gathering center but we were not sure if it was a private event or open to everyone so we did not go over. We will be back.”

“This is one of the best bed and breakfasts inns I have ever booked! I’m writing this review over a month later, and I still think about how wonderful it was. The beds were super comfortable, & the breakfasts were so delicious. We ordered extra add on items, so we could have snacks—which was awesome!
