“We absolutely loved our stay at this incredible home in the Texas Hill Country! Just outside of Fredericksburg, the property was not only stunning inside but also surrounded by the natural beauty of vineyards and orchards. “It was very peaceful and relaxing. At night we watched a good movie with the fire and wine. Our morning was coffee on the front porch swing. It was close to the wineries and places we liked to go. And a quiet place”

“Everything was great other than a couple of things. Ceiling fan made periodic noise in master bedroom. While trying to keep the first floor warm the second floor got too warm. Dual zones would help. My sister and brother in law said the bed they slept in sagged in the middle. Everything else was excellent.”

“It was a great experience overall. The kids loved that it was a working ranch and there were animals all round the place. Had everything we needed. I do wish there had been some curtain on the windows, though!”

“The house was big with lots of beds and open kitchen for family time. The donkeys and sheep were fun to feed for the kids. The pool was nice and clean with lots of sun for tanning. Close to downtown Fredericksburg and only 10 minute drive.Thank You for a great 2 nights. We enjoyed it”

Julie was great to work with, great communication and very accommodating. Beds were comfy, home was clean and overall a wonderful weekend full of great memories. Would stay again!!”
