“First let me say that the place was immaculate and the pool was fantastic. Our group of nine family members (3 generations) had a great two nights and all slept very well. That said, we do have a few comments. First, the house is definetly not new with a lot of uneven floors, steps without hand rails and slippery bath tubs with no handholds. Second, the website could use a major rewrite with better corrected information and instructions. For the price, it surely was not glamorous and we had……

“Great facility large back yard and clean new home. 8 minutes to Gruene and wedding venue. Great for our 4 pets, and even better for friends and family. Many quick trips yo Gruene Hall, wedding venue, and New Braunfels . ”

“Home was lovely and spacious. We never felt crowded. Stayed here for our son’s wedding weekend. Super convenient to their venue. Julie was great to work with, great communication and very accommodating. Beds were comfy, home was clean and overall a wonderful weekend full of great memories. Would stay again!!”

“It was very peaceful and relaxing. At night we watched a good movie with the fire and wine. Our morning was coffee on the front porch swing. It was close to the wineries and places we liked to go. And a quiet place”

“Overall stay was good and the host was fairly responsive to my concerns and questions. However the "sofa bed" is not a true bed as there is no mattress whatsoever and the back rest simply lays flat. We had 1 pillow for the master bed and no where to hang out clothes( no hangers or closet). Wish we could have enjoyed the outside of the house more but there was only 1 chair available for a house that will accommodate 5. Could use a few more kitchen utensils and pots and pans for the people who……

“My family (6 of us) traveled to Boerne for my niece’s wedding. This property was wonderful - I woke up, made my coffee and then sat out in the deck - over looking the beautiful hills as I read my Bible. A curious cat and a friendly dog came up to hang out as well. The fire pit area is so neat - at the top of the hill. There are animals on the property, which excited my kids to see. The house was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. I highly recommend this property.. ”
