“It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more……

“This property was absolutely beautiful, and our host was amazing! Everything was well thought out and made our stay so enjoyable. The kitchen was especially impressive — all the cabinets were clearly labeled, which made finding everything super easy.Miss Karen, our host, was truly wonderful and made us feel right at home. The house had five spacious bedrooms, plus well stocked 3 ane1/2 bathrooms and everything we needed in each room. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our trip.I would……

“Easy to access and spot on to the listing. Beautiful property that felt tucked away without having to be miles down a dirt road. Would recommend this one to anybody looking for a spot to unwind. “Just what we needed”

“This was a good place to stay for a couple days, if you just need a place to crash, so it was perfect for what we needed! The kitchen was good for making coffee and that's about it. The layout of the living room area was different than pictured (less seating - only one couch) but based on the photos, I would guess it's because 2 couches made the walkway to the bathroom too narrow. The shower was great, more spacious than the sleeping area 😅 The toilet seat was for some reason unscrewed when we……

“The apartment was comfortable and decorated very nice. Bed mattress/frame was squeaky. For coffee-there were pods but no Kerig and there were filters for the coffee maker but no coffee. It wasn’t too far to walk to town and that was fine because parking in Gruene looked challenging. I thought it was extremely high priced, especially with such an early check out (10.00 am). And for every extra hour you wanted to stay cost more and more. To get out of the room at 10 am was a money grab. Plus……

“Everything was just clean and easy”

“Just perfect for a quick get away. Convenient to our event at Whitewater. So cute, with everything we needed. Patio and small yard were an added bonus. Host was quick to answer questions and provide info. We would stay here again. ”

“The house was as described. Very comfortable beds. Bring your own was cloths, there were only 3. Even though it was warm the pool is not heated. The grill worked but it wasn’t the best. The hammock had a big whole in it. The dishes weren’t the best to cook with. We did have an incident where the cleaning person just walked in without knocking. Glad I wasn’t naked. I called the property manager and she apologized but the damage was already done. There wasn’t anything that needed……
