“This unit was very compact, but covered all the bases...It was comfortable, however, I was not able to fully understand how the A/C worked and what I thought, by looking at the pic, was a TV hanging on the wall was a fireplace/heater. I would rather have had a TV. The couch bed was not quite as comfortable, could probably use a foam mattress cover to provide some comfort from the seams, but it wasn't too bad. All and all was a good place for me, since all I needed was a place to sleep and……

“The property is great! It’s close to town and everything fun to do in Dripping Springs, but you feel like you are in the country. The pool area is amazing and it was so nice to have it all to ourselves. I definitely recommend staying here for any occasion.”

“This was a great stay. We were here for a quick visit to Schlitterbahn and Gruene and it met all our expectations. The bed was so comfy I took a picture of the tag to replace mine! We unexpectedly had to use the laundry and were so thankful it was right in the unit. My only complaint is there is an emergency light right outside the bedroom window that is incredibly bright all night. It wouldn’t be an issue if you have a sleep mask so wanted to mention for future light-sensitive sleepers! ”

“This was the perfect spot for an overnight trip to Gruene! I wouldn’t call it walkable at night, you would have to walk down a busy road with no sidewalks. But we were able to get an Uber from Gruene Hall. It’s a very close drive! Apartment is clean and comfy! ”
