“We really enjoyed our stay at Under Canvas. The staff and service were exceptional. We loved our large tent with ensuite bathroom. Everything for our wood burning stove was all ready to go, and we were thankful because it was very chilly and damp outside. “Be prepared for no elevator and tipping a bellhop to carry your luggage up the stairs. No modern conveniences in the room and WiFi was spotty. NO TV. Two beds, a desk and two chairs. No air conditioning but a fan was provided. Only six hangers in the closet. People over six feet will have to bend over to take a shower. Windows too high for a 5' 5" person to see out of. “what an amazing gem of a hotel. everything was perfect. very quiet, peaceful and clean. it far exceeded our expectations. brian was such a great host overall. very friendly and knowledgeable. he even provided bear spray and there was continental breakfast. highly recommend as we will definitely be back!”
