“The property felt very new and clean. Plenty of parking, front desk was great. Only complaint would be soundproofing, especially between the rooms. We had loud neighbors, and it sounded like there wasn’t even a wall between us. People in hallways were also easily heard. This is from someone who has to wear hearing aids, and didn’t have them in when either of the two things noted were happening. Otherwise, the hotel and staff are great. ”

“I was given a confirmation for the booking. Then 5-6 hours later received a notice they were overbooked and cancelled my reservation. as of this writing I have yet to receive a refund.”

“Stay was great! Staff was quick and friendly at check-in. Although we were very late in the evening, concierge made sure we got the red carpet roll out. This is a nice change from traditional hotels. Note- no pets allowed. Late check-in fee $40. Deposit $75. They allowed a late checkout since we were in at midnight. After checking you get back in your vehicle and drive around a little swirly swirl to get to your room, you might want to ask for directions as it was not very easy to follow the……

“There were no facial tissues in the unit that I could find. The Kuerig coffee unit was cantankerous. The dishwasher did not want to start, so I asked the owner to look at it. The living room table was of thin metal and acted a bit like a drum, which was weird.”
