“The pictures don’t do it justice. A homey farm house, with a nice surprise when you pull in. We had plans to visit the observatory but the weather changed that so we just sat out under the tin roof listening to the rain. The fishing pond was nice, caught a few just watch out for the little gator. ”

“The house is new and so everything feels clean and nice. The beds were comfortable and the a/c worked great! It felt safe and secure. I also liked that you're allowed to park in the garage that way if you do have a larger group, you're not parking on the street, etc. to all fit. We would stay again if we're in the area. ”

“We really enjoyed staying at this property on the edge of the Brazos River state park. We were visiting our daughter for the birth of a grandchild, and found the house spacious, peaceful, clean, with a truly awesome view of the words from the bedroom and living room. My son-in-law walked down to the river several times and thought it was awesome, and the whole neighborhood was friendly. We often travel to Texas, and hope to stay here again.”
