“飯店在有坡度的老城區，離車站有點距離，可以在火車站旁邊公車站搭1號公車，在第三站下車，再走250公尺就到了。計程車要20CHF。有大行李的，走路會很累喔。飯店房間有個小廚房，讓房間感覺起來寬敞。房間浴室都很乾淨，也很舒適。飯店周圍都是精品店，環境高雅，晚上可以出來散步，氛圍很好。早餐普通。飯店的性價比不錯。”

“Beautiful hotel with amazing views, staff, and breakfast. The bar is absolutely fabulous! Would recommend anytime!”

“到車站的時候很冷且地上都是冰，飯店要爬10幾分鐘的山路才可到達，最後我們決定叫uber載我們上去。進到房間後，房間全是木製傢俱及裝璜，很喜歡；房間非常大間，住起來很舒適，還有小圓桌，坐在小圓桌吃著晚餐看著窗外美景，美景美不勝收，真覺得不虛此行。早餐也準備的很多樣且好吃，另外飯店還可免費接駁到車站，省了我們的麻煩。只可惜我們在這家飯店沒法停留太久，下次有機會再來好好享受這裡的美景。 ”

“可以提前跟飯店約好車站到飯店的接送，但是要提早至少一兩天寫信或是要直接打電話，我們因為抵達時間沒有確定所以沒先約，當天出發前才寫信詢問，結果等到我們隔天都坐火車離開了飯店才回信。但是有直接跟櫃台約隔天送到火車站，很方便。房間很大，有嚇到。有玄關區，也有很大的衣櫃，三人房很寬敞連帶衛浴也是像飯店四件式，噴砂玻璃隔一間廁所，一間淋浴，另外有浴缸。衛浴區是用木門隔音較佳。早餐中規中矩，很舒適的飯店”

“Das Hotel ist wunderschön und aufwendig restauriert. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und das Bad modern eingerichtet. Gegen Ende der Saison waren nicht mehr sehr viele Gäste da. Dennoch gab es ein vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet. Für das Abendessen empfiehlt sich je nach Saison eine rechtzeitige Reservation in einem der Restaurants im Ort.”

“Extremely helpful front desk. Greatly appreciate the helpful and friendly gesture of the front desk in making my stay comfortable. Minor things such as complimentary water bottles, help me with charging cables.. aided me greatly. Thanks to the team for their ability to fulfill customer expectations.
