“I stay here often and the staff is very friendly and accommodating every time. It would be nice to have updated rooms though. The decor is tired and old in many of the rooms I have stayed in but rooms are always clean. The Beekman products are really top notch. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and seated me where I could have my breakfast with my dog. I have stayed at other hotels in Ann Arbor and I still prefer to stay at the Kensington.”

“Very quiet and picturesque area. The property was well maintained and updated. Very comfortable bed and linens. My only issue was during check in the staff member looked annoyed I was there and continued their phone call while I was providing ID etc. Complimentary breakfast was a very nice addition with coffee, tea and juice but the cereal milk was souring unfortunately. I would recommend this stay to anyone passing through the area, it was a refuge on the road.”

“和旁边的Hyatt Place相比酒店硬件设施差了不是一个档次. 除了卫生间看得出有翻新痕迹以外，别的设施比如沙发，地毯，床等等都是很旧的，完全不是宣传照上面翻新的样子。另外，用了酒店的洗衣房，明明已经用现金支付过token了，在checkout的时候发现还是被额外又扣了一次钱，奈何已经离开酒店，为了区区6刀也没必要返回找他们索赔。真心无语”
