“Really beautiful location next to the Nile. Bungalow was spacious and comfortable. Food locally sourced was really tasty. Everything had been thought of for a place to recharge batteries. Great staff and opportunities for local walks with guides. Felt really safe. Picture windows look out over the falls. I’d far rather come here than any expensive Kampala hotel”

“Alice and the rest of the staff were amazing . The place is full of holes in the walls and not kept very clean in rooms . Sheets not changed for 8 days . The advertise complimentary water then when you check out bill you for it . Alice is the best and she is world class . Mums Resort deserves 0 stars .”

“The location was beautiful quiet back street large compound. We had breakfast each Which was filling. The laundry service did not provide a dryer so our clothes took several days to dry. People were very courteous and helpful, but the surroundings were beautiful.”

“It’s a 3 star but with 3rd class facilities and services Mwana high say they don’t know anything about online booking and everything is poor. I ended up looking for best services and facilities only at Hotel Continental that’s the only place I enjoyed staying”

“This place has potential. The rooms were clean but there was no hot water, the bathroom windows did not shut properly so could net be secured. It is off the beaten path and a bit hard to find. The set-up around the pool is nice. There were mosquito nets and the bed was comfy. The tv had one station and there was no wi-fi. Breakfast was good but selection was limited. ”
