“Although an older property, the rooms and motel grounds are clean. The pool area is fantastic with lots of seating areas throughout. The restaurant is next to the pool and you can swim right up to the bar! Front desk is super accommodating and welcoming. Close to all kinds of dining options and not far from the water. ”

“Beautiful setting, quiet neighborhood, great view on the canal. Walking on flat neighborhood streets was appreciated. Great pool. We would have liked to have had better quality bed pillows & sheets.”

“Property was clean and we were contacted before check in and provided more information about the property. Shortly after check in the lock malfunctioned on the door and a representative was there within 10 minutes and the issue was resolved. We were contacted at least twice during our stay to see if we needed anything. They were more helpful than any other party that we have rented from before.”

“Easy access, central location, nice house but don't expect a heated pool! We communicated 3 times via email, text and phone to turn the pool heat up and never received a response. 80 degrees and sunny out, Kids swam for 5 minutes and were shivering so didn't get much use of the pool. Nice location for restaurants and beach accesses. Beds, linens, towel supply were all great. Overall nice place for family of 5 to spend a few days, just wish the pool had been warmer and a response to our……

“Wow! What a lovely home in a beautiful neighborhood setting. Morning coffee and evening beverages enjoyed on the poolside patio, watching the boats (and even a manatee!) in the canal. Home was thoughtfully stocked with soaps, pool towels, pots/pans, laundry detergent, shampoo, outdoor grill, the list goes on! Owner was communicative and a pleasure to deal with. ”

“Very clean and comfortable house that fitted our need for a family vacation. Kitchen has all you need and the pool is great. Water heater is probably not that big, though, because we did run out of hot water one evening.”
