“Very impressive”

“I stayed here from 4/29 - 5/7 and the entire experience was great. Rina at the registration desk clearly knows what she's doing, so when I arrived, looking like I would have fit in with the people on the helicopter at the end of Jurassic Park, she got me checked in and on my way to my room in just a couple of minutes. I gave four stars to the area around the property only because of a construction area along one side of the building. The only issue I recall is that the safe in my room……

“The location is incredibly convenient, close to Hilldale Shopping Center and just a short drive from downtown Madison. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-designed, with a separate sitting area that made it feel more like a small apartment than a standard hotel room.”

“Great if need somewhere to stay for an AAU tournament at Deforest High School. Highly recommend. I love the east side of Madison anyway so it was great! ”

“Need new AC unit, hard to sleep when it sounds like a train is going down a noisy track ”

“If you could remind the room crew to be sure that the alarm clocks DO NOT have a time set in them. My room alarm clock went off at 3:45am. I ended up unplugging the darn thing as I could not figure out how to turn it off. I was not able to fall back asleep. Not being woken up in the middle of the night would be extremely helpful ”

“This was my first time staying here, and the service was excellent from check-in to check-out. The rooftop offered a fantastic way to unwind after a long workday. I will be back soon.”

“Love this historic hotel very near the WI capitol building. Easy walking to great restaurants. UpNorth Bar in the building with live music is relaxed and you can take the elevator to your room. Nice breakfast included. ”
