“We had a fabulous time during our stay. The house is fabulous with everything you need (some other options I looked at before booking here, we all would have had to bring our own linens and towels which is a huge inconvenience). The outdoor space was the best part. The pool/hot tub with the outdoor kitchen and bbq pit was perfect. If I had any questions about anything the host responded immediately. The house is a short 5 min drive to public access of the river and the Frio was absolutely……

“Beautiful place and views. Relatively secluded. Access is via a rough gravel road, so be prepared to bring a 4WD vehicle and to be bounced around. Interior was clean and comfortable. Deck was stunning, but some of the outdoor chairs (stools) are showing a lot of weather damage/cracking, so we avoided sitting on a couple of them. The water supply consists of tanks filled by a water truck, so water conservation is required. Overall, my wife and I agreed that we would be happy to stay again.”

“Can you say Bed Bugs! After the first night I had some minor itching on my right hand. By Sunday, 24 hours later I thought I might have been attacked several times by a Brown Recluse. It was that bad, but never did turn into that kind of severity. Other - 1 towel for 2 people. No wash clothes. No soap or shampoo. ”
