Extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, comparatively far from the center (we were looking for a calmer and quieter place and for us the location was not a problem - 15-20 minutes walk from center) and extremely tasty and good food - delicious breakfast and good restaurant for the rest of the time). “L’hôtel se trouve loin du coeur de Veliko Tarnovo il faut impérativement une voiture et comme nous venions en voiture ce n’était pas un problème. L’hôtel est au calme et dispose d’un parking gratuit. La zone ou se trouve l’hôtel bien que partiellement en travaux est agréable car il y a de jolies espaces vert. L’accueil était honnêtement médiocre. Aucune chaleur humaine, mais rien de dramatique, juste que l’on préfère un peu de sourire qu’un check in où on a l’impression de gêner. La chambre……
