“This place from the outside throws you off I was a little nervous but entering it has a lovely lobby and the rooms are nice and clean. All the staff were polite and accomodating the entire time. I felt comfortable and safe travelling alone for the 1st time. Literally steps away from boardwalk and tourist stores. Loved it and I will be booking there when I come again! ”

“Clean, quiet, relaxing but not luxury. Housekeeping only upon request. No restaurant as the website states, no breakfast, no coffee at the bar. Food truck only on site. Good bar, nice music. Beautiful beach. A nice place to go, but manage your expectations. ”

“The resort sort of feels like a step back in time. That classic small beach resort feel. Although the property itself could use a facelift the staff is warm and welcoming and always make sure to accommodate you the best they can. Sometimes even going above and beyond in ways you don’t get out of a large resort. The views from every balcony are absolutely gorgeous. ”

“We were so happy to return to the Grapetree! The staff is so friendly and supportive to your needs. Everyone greets you with a smile. The rooms have a wonderful view of the bay with the sounds of waves calming you through the day. The rooms are airy and bright and very clean. The dining options give you a little of everything but again great service and delicious options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. ”

“The property had a great pool/spa area, pickle ball courts, and the beach was private and very relaxing. Our condo needed some tlc and more supplies in order to cook. The condo we stayed in had a nice little balcony with a small glimpse of the ocean the only downside was the constant loud noise coming from the adjacent property that was non-stop. Overall, it was a very relaxing and private getaway that was needed for a couples retreat.”
