“lovely staff, convenient location. Building is older, no vents in bathrooms, cheap coffee makers in rooms. I filled out their online check in form and indicated that I would like housekeeping service every other day. No housekeeping service was preformed at all. Nice hotel, but not worth the extra $. ”

“As others have said, we had a great stay at Frederick House. We stayed in Bowers 21 for two nights. The room with a comfortable king size bed exceeded our expectations, with a private balcony great for sitting out on and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. The room was better than the photos. Friendly owners and staff offered suggestions of where to go and places to eat. We enjoyed the wineries they recommended and the restaurants they suggested. An overall pleasant stay. ”

“Liked the kitchen, but towels, hangers were not plentiful & had to ask at desk. Shower/tub needs safety grab bars. Shower curtain was impossibly long in shower & dangerous.. but ”

“Excellent stay at Gibsons Warehouse, perfect stay, spotlessly clean, and stocked with everything you need for a short stay. Parking was easy, as well as building/room access. Location is perfect as well, park the car and walk to everything you need. ”

“We spent 3 nights at the brand new hotel for our daughters JMU Graduation. The staff was so accomadating and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are great sizes. The kitchenette was a huge help with all of the celebrating we did all weekend. We will stay there when we go back for a football game in the fall! Thank you for the great weekend. ”
