“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”

“We had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Country Inn & Suites in Hershey! The hotel is about 15 minutes from Hersheypark, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.
