“I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to everything I needed. And, that person could not help us, because the person at the "Front" desk was "entering all the rooms" into their computers? I was told to "wait a minute, and step to the side", meanwhile a line formed and they were all helped and were able to check in, ahead of me? The front desk person continued to look over at me, but kept……
