“Room was very clean and AC worked great. Bed was comfy. Area around hotel left a little to be desired ”

“Everyone was super helpful and nice. The valets took extra care of my vehicle. They were helpful in giving info about the area. The front desk people were genuinely friendly. The only downside was one of the lamps on the right side of the bed didn’t work. I normally sleep on that side. Bed was large. It was comfortable. I had a great view of Neyland Stadium and the campus. I’d stay here again. Wish they had soda and snack machines. The gift shop had coke products only. ”

“The hall carpet cleaner than rooms, pink mold in shower faucet, dirty corners of floors. Bathtub slippery, no mat. Check in was great. Person at desk was helpful and very cheery. ”
