“Great Experience! Staffs are super friendly. Highly recommend!!”

“The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was also delicious. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. That said, I’d like to suggest a few improvements: • It would be better if the surface of the wood tables for guest were covered with a non-slip material, as glass cups tend to slide easily. • Although the room had plenty of power outlets, having one or two with built-in USB charging ports would be very convenient. • I think it would be helpful if……

“除了隔音很差(遠處的走廊有人講話,我們在房間內都會聽到)及洗澡水會忽冷忽熱之外,其他都很好,尤其服務人員的態度真的很熱情友善,並且樂意協助,非常感謝.我們因為擔心個資外流的問題,所以在訂房後向飯店訂一台機車代步,一天150000越盾,雖然比其他機車行貴一點,但是至少護照或證件不會放在其他地方.地點在市中心,從飯店的路出去兩旁都是商店和餐廳,非常方便,我們隨意吃了一間banana pizza,還蠻好吃的,很多在地人會去.”

“員工非常非常有禮貌，而且岀入大堂都有接送服務，十分貼心。冰箱有免費的汽水，自助早餐也很好吃。整體來説性價比很高！”

“호텔직원에게 많은 도움을 받았습니다. 시골이라 그런지 직원이 영어가 안됐지만.. 제가 영어가 되는 관계로.. 구글번역기로 힘겹게 소통했지만(영어->베트남어) 숙박전 공항 픽업서비스, 다음날 택시투어서비스 예약 같은것도 무척 친절하게 도와주셨고, 숙박할때 다음날 갑자기 일정이 꼬였는데.. 호텔관련 일도 아니고 의사소통도 안되니 모른다고 하고 넘어갈법한 일도 친절하게 다 알아봐주시고 도와주셨습니다. 어쩌다보니 엄청 귀찮게 했는데도 불구하고 엄청 친절하게 대해 주셔서 너무너무 감사하고 또 감사했습니다. 숙박시설은 사진과 같고, 깔끔해요 :)”
