“I called Expedia and the hotel ahead of time to make sure that my son could check in since I was not arriving until later. They allowed him to check in easily once they notice that in the comment section they had added his name to the reservation. The next morning my daughter arrived and she needed a key and was given a hard time by the check-in desk saying her name was not on the reservation and they would not let her in.
