“The hotel was beautiful! They needed more staff. When I checked in there was a long wait to get checked in. They had two desk to check guest in. When we called for room service no one answered the phone. I waited 20 mins then tried again still no answer. Finally I got connected to the front desk. The hotel is beautiful. However they definitely need more staffing to accommodate the size of the facility. ”

“Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement”

“There are huge vats of some kind behind the hotel which gives off a bad order. You can sometimes smell it in your room if you are on that side of the building. Mostly odd numbered rooms.”
