“This is a small lovely hotel, rooms a bit dated. The check in was very smooth and fast, the gentlemen at reception was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the rubbish bin in the toilet was not cleared when we arrived at the room, which was a shock and upsetting. There is no facilities inside the room to make tea/coffee which was little disappointing. The walk from train station was 17min non-stop walking uphill, which was quite unbearable at some steep slopes while pulling……

“The hotel was located next to the cable car station and was very near to town. The room was clean and bright, the view was nice. However, the room could be stuffy at times.”

“Our room was on 4/F. There are many steps required to reach our room. As we have large and heavy luggages, the staff there were so kind to help us take the luggage up and down. We really appreciate their kindness. The breakfast was excellent, great varieties!”
