“Not a good check-in experience, then when we arrive… No AC. High of 93 the days we were there. Top floor condo. Very very very hot. This was the hottest I’ve ever been in any type of rental ever; home rental, condo, hotel, etc. very disappointed, would not recommend during June-September due to lack of A/C. Nice property otherwise. Very clean rental. Just so so hot and hard to find. Unit 404. Just NO AIR CONDITIONING. ”

“The property was clean, new kitchen & the hot tubs were nice. But the most important thing about paying for an overnight stay: the bed! The worst bed we have ever experienced. So soft that 2 people end up in the middle. (We are not huge people!) The mattress looked new, but it was truly terrible. We had to take the mattress off the couch & put it on the floor. That was not great, but better than the bed. Only 2 bath towels for two people for a 5 night stay? Very disappointed.”

“Bath mats were not clean. Window latch was broken so could not close. Only issued one door key. Building was brand new . Charging ports bedside would be an improvement. More detailed check in instructions would be a great improvement ”

“Great property. Comfortable and well appointed. Can’t beat the location, literally steps from the ski lift. ”

“Excellent condo. Great location and facilities. Pre check-in communication was weak but local support was fantastic. Would stay here every time. Better than most of the local high-end hotels especially the value for the expense. ”

“Everything was as expected . We would definitely stay here again . We were very pleasantly surprised and impressed with Avantstay . Anytime we had a question or had any minor issue , they were incredibly timely being responsive . We were very impressed . ”

“Everything was great but the hot tub was dirty. It appears to be missing a filter and so there was a lot of dirt and hair in the hot tub, rendering it unusable. ”
