April and Steve are wonderful hosts - they were proactive in sending us lots of information before our arrival, offered an earlier check-in for those of us who arrived before others (after checking with the cleaners to see what was practical, of course) and were very responsive. The condo was clean and well-designed. And the location is terrific. We loved staying in Lakeside --……

Then a random guy tried to get in and was surprised to see us there. He asked if we were staying another night and we told him no, and that we tried calling numerous numbers to get a late check out and no one answered. Then he proceeded to tell us if we stayed they would charge us another……

My only feedback point was that it was confusing that this unit was managed by Wyndham Vacation rentals, which unlike most of the other units in this complex managed by Deer Valley, made it ineligible to use the shuttle/car service - I thought that was not clear in the ad for the property.”
