“This was a great stay since the start I had an issue with my reservation that was quickly addressed and fixed by the staff at the hotel since the Expedia staff could not help me. They were super responsive patient and polite. Check in process was very easy and convenient. Once we were there everything went well Jessica the manager was very attentive and would periodically check in with everyone in the lobby or patio area to see if anything was needed. “My stay at Expansive Mountain Gem was overall pleasant, comfortable, and met my expectations. The biljard’s game room was an excellent addition to the property, as it entertained both kids and parents. However, it’s important to mention that the neighboring property was quite an eyesore. The adjacent terrain was cluttered with old cars, containers, and unused machinery, which detracted from the otherwise serene environment.
