“The staff was kid friendly . There was the one staff member in front desk by the name of Veronica. She treated my son with much love and respect . My son has autism. She would always smile at him . ”

“Great home shared by a lovely host. Connie was delightful to talk with and get pointers on where to visit both Kings Canyon and Sequoia. Her breakfasts were fresh and provided the energy to enjoy the day hiking and visiting. The room was clean and interesting and quiet. Would recommend highly.”

“Excellent location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon NP. The host was attentive, the room was perfect with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and place settings for 2. I just hope the toilet paper was chosen for the septic system and not because they wanted that brand. I am glad I arrived in the daylight, the short dirt road in would be tricky in the dark the first time. Dining recommendations were spot on - good food, very friendly service, and close by. I wouldn't hesitate to book here……

“Very close to Sequoia and Kings Canyon. Great covered porch with tables, chairs, fooseball, darts, grill. It is not close to stores so bring stuff with you.”

“Dulce was a sweet, kind and knowledgeable innkeeper. She showed my college-age daughter and I all around the house, explaining the history of the Hyde family home. Gorgeous house, beautifully decorated in period paintings, furniture, dishware, glassware, books, bedding, and more! We loved our room, the crisp bedding, the screened-in porch, the cool pool and warm hot tub, and the fancy China we used for our breakfast. We will come again! ”

“Perfect place to stay. It’s a nice little ranch like house. The yard it’s spacious and comfortable. Although we didn’t get to spend much time in the property, I’m sure that visiting at the right time, weather wise, the property can be an enjoyable experience. We spent most of the time visiting Sequoia National Park. Didn’t have any problems during our stay. I really liked the fact that everything is labeled! That’s a great idea to have for guests. ”
