“Wonderful properly location wise and love floor to ceiling windows mostly and location. Rooms and amenities are quite dated though, I think though property got fair price-value for the area. I would not pay more than $150 for room there. ”

“Absolutely beautiful and very unique! Tucked into the woods with a river! It’s like a little piece of heaven because you’re tucked in just enough, but have complete access to the town! The big window in the living room was freaking amazing. You’re able to see everything and the river! Everything was well-maintained and the beds were comfortable. If you want to experience Colorado, this is where it’s at! Love this place and would stay there again! highly recommend it! ”

“Fantastic experience! Stayed for three days and couldn't be happier. The couple that handles everything are doing an excellent job taking care of each of the visitors. The atmosphere they've created in the house is superb! Things to consider: no restaurants close by so if you want to have dinner, reserve in advance with the managers. “What a great place to stay!! Beautiful area and the rooms are condos, so it was like being in a home away from home. The people are super nice as well. And it’s right at Winter Park base so the area is gorgeous! One important thing to keep in mind is that due to the average highs in the lower 70s and low humidity, the units don’t have AC, so if it’s going to be unseasonably warm, that could be an issue for some. ”
