“Nice hotel, a bit pricey for the day that we needed it. The person that checked us in was having an off day, having an argument with another employee as I approached the front desk, less than friendly during the check in. Otherwise, no complaints! ”

“The toilet need to be replaced, they are old low flow toilet installed in the early 90’s and clog easily. Newer low flow toilets operate better, it embarrassing to call down to the front desk for assistance. I have been staying at the Diamond sense they opened and this is a recurring issue. ”

“The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. We were there for an organized bike ride and they opened the free breakfast an hour early to accommodate all the cyclists. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including healthy ones! The coffee was great too! There were even fresh berries. As we were doing the ride the next day, we asked if they would store our luggage to keep it safe. They instead offered us late check-out until 2pm! We were able to return to our room and shower……

“The home was large and spacious and it met our accomodation needs. I loved the large, beautiful, shady front yard. We didn't feel comfortable using the back yard since people lived right there. Parking on the street was a bit difficult on the long weekend. Lots of others cars we parked on the street. Overall it was what I had hoped for.”

“The house was perfect for the 4 of us. We were staying for parent weekend. It wasn't too far to walk downtown. Host was very quick in getting back to us. ”
