“The Staff was the highlight of our stay. The Gentleman working the Bistro & the Young Lady working the front Desk this Friday Evening (5/23/2025) were extremely accomodating and made our stay with two small children feel as easy as staying home. From the quick drink/food service to the fact they had a crib available to bring to our room for our 14 month old baby, it was like staying at a relative's house that just loves hosting. “Everything was fine. Clean, quiet, safe. No complaints.”

“I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most……

“Rooms weren't that great but they SEEMED to be clean. A few days later, after being at home, itchy bed bug bites started popping up all over our bodies. Talk about disgusting! Went to doctor and sure enough we were bitten by numerous bed bugs.”

“Expedia canceled my reservation, but the front desk made sure I got a room. My tv wasnt working and fthe front dek took care of it quickly. The staff is awesome which makes this place awesome!”
