“The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. We were there for an organized bike ride and they opened the free breakfast an hour early to accommodate all the cyclists. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including healthy ones! The coffee was great too! There were even fresh berries. As we were doing the ride the next day, we asked if they would store our luggage to keep it safe. They instead offered us late check-out until 2pm! We were able to return to our room and shower……

“The staff is great. Breakfast gal is on point always a smile and most accommodating! Our housekeeper was terrific too! The 'dirty bird' situation under the awning is MOST disturbing!! My car was, to put is lightly, bombed by birds with a definite digestive problem. Maybe some type of deterrant to them roosting above the cars would be beneficial. $20 car was two days in a row!!”

“I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most……

I appreciated a clean set of towels every day. Most places do not do this. This why I will return in the future.”

“整體來講不是很愉快，過去酒店前已經在網上支付預計了。來以為过去登記入住就好，哪知道酒店兩個前台服務見我是游客英語又不好，員竟然又要我交房費。我還以爲是交的押金所以就把信用卡給她们支付了。后來才知道是收我的房費。太坑人了，這是我来美國入住那么多酒店最不開心的一次”
